Dr. Rajiv Kumar lectures on SAARC retrospect and prospect at BIDS
Dr. Rajiv Kumar, the Director and Chief Executive of the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER) and a member of the SANEI Steering Committee delivered a lecture on SAARC Retrospect and Prospect at the Bangladesh Institute of Development Studies (BIDS) on 27 December 2009. His lecture was followed by a lively discussion on different aspects of regional cooperation in South Asia which was participated by researchers from BIDS, eminent scholars from Bangladesh and Pakistan, and members from the civil society and the media. The SANEI Coordinator and Director General of BIDS Dr. Mustafa K Mujeri moderated the session. The lecture was organized by BIDS in collaboration with the SANEI Secretariat.
